Erin joined the University of Maryland Sports Medicine Department as the Resident Athletic Trainer with the Football and Cheer Teams in July 2026.
Before coming to Maryland, Erin graduated from Michigan State University with a Master’s in Athletic Training in May 2026. During her time at MSU, she completed clinical rotations with Football, Men’s Basketball, Women’s Soccer, Cheer, Dance, and Baseball. She also completed her immersion with Penn State University Men’s and Women’s Ice Hockey, as well as a rotation at Holt High School, a local Michigan high school. In 2025, Erin served as a Summer Athletic Training Student with the Jacksonville Jaguars.
Prior to graduate school, Erin earned a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology and a Bachelor of Science in Human Health Sciences from the University of Kentucky in 2024. During her undergraduate studies, she spent a season as a Sports Medicine Intern with Track & Field and Cross Country.
Erin is a Board Certified and Maryland Licensed Athletic Trainer. She is a member of the National Athletic Trainers' Association and the Great Lakes Athletic Trainers' Association and is CPR/AED Certified.
