As a Junior (2021): Appeared in all 13 games on the defensive line ... Totaled nine tackles (seven solo), two tackles for loss for seven yards and one sack for a one yard loss ... Notched first career sack vs. #22 Penn State (11/6) for a one yard loss to go with three solo tackles ... Posted a six-yard tackle for loss vs. Kent State (9/25).

As a Sophomore (2020): Transitioned from defensive line to tight end ... Appeared in all five games.  

As a Redshirt Freshman (2019): Appeared in seven games ... Tallied 10 tackles (five solo) including 1.5 for loss and a fumble recovery ... Recorded three tackles (one solo) and half a tackle for loss vs. #12 Penn State (9/27) ... Had three tackles, including one for loss and a fumble recovery in season opener vs. Howard (8/31).

Personal: Son of Stefan and Wanda … father played basketball at Norfolk State University … has one younger sibling … third cousin of Elgin Baylor … majoring in Kinesiology.

Before Maryland:  A consensus 3-star recruit across all major recruiting outlets … rated the ninth overall player in the state of Maryland by Rivals … an Honorable Mention All-Metro selection and Second Team All-WCAC selection as a senior … did not play football in high school until his junior season … chose Maryland over Georgia, Louisville, and Tennessee… coached by Andy Stefanelli.
