Keyana Brown joined the Maryland Athletics media relations staff in August 2019 as a Media Relations Assistant.
Brown currently serves as the primary contact for the women's softball program and the secondary for men's soccer and women's basketball.
In the 2018-19 school year, Brown served as the Media Relations intern at the Mid-Eastern Athletic Conference where she worked closely with football, men's basketball, bowling and women's tennis.
Brown, a Virginia native, graduated with a degree in Mass Communications in 2018 from Virginia State University, after transferring from Old Dominion University. She played on the women's basketball teams of both institutions.
