Biography
As a junior (2022-23)
Outdoor
- Competed at six outdoor competitions, notching five top-10 finishes while winning one event title
- Began his outdoor campaign by taking sixth in the 4x400m relay (3:14.89) and setting a personal-best 22.50 in the 200m at the UCF Black and Gold Invite (3/17)
- Broke his personal record in the 400H with a 53.33 performance at the Pepsi Florida Relays (3/31)
- Placed seventh in the 4x400m relay (3:19.00) at the LSU Lloyd Wills Invitational (4/8) Took ninth in the 400H (54.45) at the Virginia Challenge (4/20)
- Had a career day at the Kehoe Twilight Meet (5/5), winning the 4x400m relay (3:16.88) and taking a silver medal in the 400H (54.47) in front of the home crowd in College Park
Indoor
- Ran in six indoor meets, recording three top-10 finishes
- Set a personal-best 8.27 in the 60H in the season-opening Navy Invitational (12/3)
- Finished fourth in the 60H (8.33) at the Nittany Lion Challenge (1/14)
- Took seventh place in the 60H at the Hokie Invitational (1/20)
As a sophomore (2021-22)
Outdoor
- Opened the season taking third place in the 400H at the Maryland Invitational (54.92s, 3/19)
- Placed third in the 400H (55.15s) at the UCF Knights Invite (3/25)
- Set a personal best time of 54.23s in the 400H at the Big Ten Outdoor Championship Meet (5/13), and earned a sixth place finish competing in the 4x400 relay
Indoor
- Set a personal best time of 8.45s in the 60H to open his season at the Dr. Sanders Invite (2/4)
- Competed in the 60H (8.49s) at the Rutgers Open (2/11)
As a freshman (2020-21)
Outdoor
- Opened his outdoor season placing second in the 110H (15.33) at the Maryland B1G Invite (3/26)
- Competed in the 110H (14.96) at the B1G North Florida Invitational (4/2)
- Competed in the 110H (14.98) at the Rutgers B1G Tri-Meet (4/10)
- Competed in the 110H (15.38) at the Husker Big Ten INvite (4/16)
- Competed in the 400H (58.77) and 110H (15.12) at the Fighting Illini Big Ten Relays (4/23)
- Placed second in the 110H at the Jim Thorpe Invite (5/7)
Indoor
- Opened his indoor season competing in the 60m (8.50) at the Penn State Invitational (1/23)
Before Maryland
- Holds the school record at DeMatha Catholic in the 55m Hurdles
- Personal Records in high school: 55m hurdles (7.54), 60m hurdles (8.18)
- Was coached by Malcolm Drewery and Victor Blackett
- Graduated from DeMatha with highest honors in both Math and Science
- Member of the National Honor Society
