- Set a new personal best in the 5000m with a time of 18:52.82 at the Maryland Invitational (3/28-29/25).
- Set a new personal best in the 3000m Steeplechase with a time of 11:54.04 (4/12-13/25).
Indoor
- Participated in five competitions, earning two top-five finishes.
- Posted a personal best in the mile (5:07.30)Â at the Navy select meet (2/21/25)
Cross CountryÂ
- Participated in five competitions, earning one top-50 finish
- Posted a personal best in the 6k (22:33.0) at the 28th Annual Salisbury University Fall Classic (8/31/24)
