- USTFCCCA All-Academic
- Competed in three meets during the outdoor season.
- Reached a distance of 14.61 meters in the shot put at the Beach Opener (3/6).
- Reached a season-best distance of 54.09 meters at the Navy Outdoor Invitational (3/28).
- Competed in seven meets during the indoor season.
- Reached a distance of 14.18 meters in the women’s shot put at the Nittany Lion Challenge (1/17).
- Recorded a distance of 17.46 meters in the weight throw in the Nittany Lion Challenge (1/17).
- Competed in the shot put earning third place at the Penn Classic (2/6-7).
- Set a personal best in the weight throw at a distance of 18.42 meters placing her in the top ten at the Tiger Paw Invitational (2/13-14).
- In the weight throw she reached a distance of 17.92 meters placing her second overall in the Navy Select (2/20).

Outdoor:
- Placed 16th in the shot put (46-3 1/2, 14.11m) at Big 12 Championship
- Took third in the shot put with a season-best 47-11 1/4 (14.61m) at the Cyclone Twilight
- Threw a hammer season best of 172-10 (52.67m) for seventh at Kansas Relays
- Also threw at the Desert Heat Classic, Drake Relays and the 44 Farms Team Invite
Indoor:
- Took 12th in the shot put at conference with a personal record of 48-11 (14.91m)
- Also placed 18th in the weight throw (52-8 3/4, 16.07m)
- Had a weight throw season best of 55-10 1/4 (17.02m) for ninth at the Razorback Invite
- Had second place shot put finishes at the Bill Bergan and Cyclone Open
- Also competed at the Iowa State Classic and Iowa Open
AS A REDSHIRT FRESHMAN (2023-24, IOWA STATE):
Outdoor:
- Placed 11th in the hammer (167-3, 50.99m) and 23rd in the shot put (43-1 1/2, 13.14m) at Big 12 Championships
- Posted personal bests in the shot put with 48-0 (14.63m) for second place and hammer with 178-2 (54.32m) for third at the ISU Alumni Invite
- Also competed at the USF, Hurricane, John McDonnell and Jim Duncan Invites
Indoor:
- Secured 16th in the weight throw and 22nd in the shot put at Big 12 Championships
- Hit a weight throw personal best of 57-10 1/2 (17.64m) for fifth and shot put indoor best of 47-3 1/2 (14.41m) at the Iowa Open
- Notched second-place finishes throughout the weight throw and shot put at the Cyclone Open and ISU Holiday Invite
- Also threw at the Tyson Invite, Iowa State Classic, Razorback Invite and Hawkeye Invite

- Redshirted, competed unattached
- Recorded a hammer personal best of 149-0 (45.43m) to place ninth at the ISU Alumni Invite
- Threw the hammer (128-10, 39.26m) and shot put (42-9, 13.03m) at the Kip Janvrin Open
Indoor:
- Redshirted, competed unattached
- Finished 11th in the weight throw with 45-4 1/2 (13.83m) at the Cyclone Open
- Posted a weight throw mark of 45-4 1/4 (13.82m) for 14th at the Iowa State Classic
