Biography

Before College:
  • Attended Southern High School where he was a 13-time Maryland State Champion and holds four 2A Maryland State Records.
  • Had a personal-best of 1:54.09 in the 800 meters, 4:09.69 in the mile, 9:07 in the 3200 meters, and 15:23 in the XC 5K.
  • Was the Capital Gazette male runner of the year for the fall and winter, was named First Team All-County five-plus times, and received First All-Met honors more than once
