- Ran as a member of the 4x400 meter relay team at the UCF Black & Gold Challenge turning in a time of 3:09.32 in the relay (3/21).

AS A FRESHMAN (2024-25, GEORGIA):
Outdoor
- Ran the anchor leg on Georgia’s SEC title-winning 4x400-meter relay team, clocking a season-best time of 3:02.06
- Bronze medalist in the 400m at the SEC Championships with a time of 45.58 in the finals
- Advanced to the NCAA Outdoor Championships with his quarterfinal time of 45.43 at the NCAA East Regional (9th)
- Also clocked a 45.77 to place seventh in the first round in Jacksonville
- Helped Georgia finish fifth in the 4x400m relay at the NCAA East Regional with a time of 3:03.15
- Finished 19th in the 400m at the NCAA Outdoor Championships, crossing the line in 46.20
- Ran on Georgia’s 4x400m relay team at the NCAA Outdoor Championships, placing 16th with a time of 3:04.71
- Won his first 400m outdoors at the Black and Gold Invite with a nation-leading time of 45.42, earning SEC Men’s Co-Runner of the Week honors for his effort
- Finished 10th in the 400m at the Florida Relays with a time of 46.06 while adding a third-place result in the 4x400m relay (3:02.79)
- Ran a season-best time of 45.32 for runner-up honors at the Tiger Track Classic, also taking home SEC Men’s Freshman of the Week
- Tied for fourth at the LSU Invite with a time of 45.53.
- Helped the Bulldogs win a national title in the 4x400m, running the anchor leg on the title-winning relay team which crossed the finish line in 3:03.44
- Helped the Bulldogs score points in the 4x400m relay at the SEC Championships, placing sixth with a time of 3:06.25
- Ran the anchor leg on Georgia’s runner-up 4x400m relay at the Tiger Paw Invitational, crossing the finish line in 3:04.11
- Helped Georgia clock a 3:07.08 to place third at the Razorback Invite
BEFORE COLLEGE:
- Earned the Georgia 6A state title in the 400-meter dash while representing Buford as a senior, also setting the state record in the event
- Help lead his club 4x400-meter relay team to victory at Nike Outdoor Nationals as a senior
- Placed fourth in the 400m at the USA U20 National Championships as a senior and fifth as a junior
