Honors
- Academic All-Big Ten
- Competed in seven meets during the outdoor season.
- Turned in a personal best time of 3:50.62 in the 1500 at the Bison Outdoor Classic (4/12).
- Recorded a time of 14:33.50 in the 5000 meters at the Navy National Elite to earn a first place finish (5 / 8).
AS A JUNIOR (2024-25, PROVIDENCE):
- Placed 163rd (26:19.2) at the Nuttycombe Invitational on Sept. 27
- Earned third at the CCSU Mini Meet in 14:38.42 on Oct. 25
- Finished 25th (25:09.53) at the BIG EAST Championship on Nov. 1
AS A SOPHOMORE (2023-24, PROVIDENCE):
Outdoor Track:
- Placed 11th (3:56.51) in the 1,500 meters at the UCF Black & Gold Invite on March 15-16
- Finished fifth (8:23.03) in the 3,000 meters at the Friar Invitational on April 12
- Placed 64th (14:45.50) in the 5,000 meters at the Penn Relays on April 25-27
Indoor Track:
- Won the 3,000 meters (8:22.83) at the UMass Flagship Invitational on Jan. 14
- Finished 45th (14:33.04) in the 5,000-meter unseeded at the BU Valentine Invitational on Feb. 10
- Placed 10th (8:19.40) in the 3,000 meters at the BIG EAST Indoor Championship on Feb. 23-24
- Finished fourth (14:07.03) in the 5,000 meters at the IC4A Championship on March 2-3
Cross Country:
- Finished 10th (18:54.4) at the 2023 Friar Cross Country Invitational on Sept. 8
- Was 169th (25:06.1) at the Virginia Invitational on Sept. 23
- Placed 263rd(26:03.10) at the Nuttycombe Invite on Oct. 13
- Finished 32nd (26:40.42) at the BIG EAST Championship on Oct. 28
- Placed 114th (31:37) at the NCAA Northeast Regionals on Nov. 10
AS A FRESHMAN (2022-23, Providence):
Outdoor Track:
- Finished 148th in the 5000 meters (14:42.91) at the Raleigh Relays on March 23rd
- Finished sixth in the 1500 meters (3:58.07) at the Black & Gold Invitational on April 1st
- Finished 10th in the 5000 meters (14:17.00) at the Friar Invitational on April 14th
- Placed second on the 1500 meters (3:59.58) at the 2023 Springtime on April 30th.

- Attended Annapolis High School
- Was a three-time Maryland State Champion for both track and cross country
- Was a five-time county champion in both cross country and track…Is a four-time national qualifier
- Placed 3rd at Penn Relays in the 3000m (8:29.75) in 2022
- Was the Capital Gazette runner of the year and awarded the booster Athlete of the year (2021).
