Outdoor
- Started off the season by winning 4x400m relay at the Navy Outdoor Invitational (3/25)
- Set a personal record in the 400m, running a 51.76 in the event at the Hopkins Loyola Invitational (4/22)
Indoor
As a sophomore (2021-22)
Outdoor
- Opened the season at the Maryland Invitational (3/19) taking seventh in the 800m (1:59.15)
- Raced to a season best 1:58.27 finish in the 800m at the Towson Invitational (4/1)
- Finished his season at home competing in the Kehoe Twilight Meet (5/6) racing to a seventh place finish in the 800m
Indoor
- Opened the season at the Nittany Lion Challenge (1/15) racing to a 2:00.58 finish in the 800m
- Set a season high 1:59.25 finish in the 800m at the Rutgers Open (2/11)
As a freshman (2020-21)
Outdoor
- Opened his outdoor season competing in the 800m (2:00.08) at the Maryland B1G Invite (3/26)... competed in the 800m (1:58.68) at the Rutgers B1G Tri-Meet (4/10)
- Competed in the 800m (1:59.48) at the Ohio State Jesse Owens Invitational (4/30)
- Placed third in the 800m (2:02.10) at the Jim Thorpe Invite (5/7)
Before Maryland
- Ran track at C. Milton Wright High School and holds the indoor school record in the 800m
- Maryland Indoor 3A Central Region Champion in the 800m...earned the Al Cesky Athlete-Scholar Award
- Presidential Award Recipient
