Outdoor
- Participated in eight competitions, earning ten top-10 finishes, while winning three events
- Won the Maryland Invitational (3/22-3/23/24) in the shot put (52’ 11”) and the disc throw (167’ 8”)
- Posted a personal best and placed second at the 2024 George Mason Ebanks Invitational (4/5-4/6/24) in the disc throw (184’ 10”)
- Placed first at the Kehoe Twilight Meet (5/3/24) in the disc throw (170’ 5”)
- Participated in five competitions, earning five top-10 finishes, while placing second in one event
- Recorded a personal best in the weight throw (45’ 1.75”) at the Navy Indoor Invitational (12/2/23)
- Placed second in shot put (54’ 10.25”) at the Hokie Invitational (1/19-1/20/24)
- Recorded a personal best in shot put (56’ 3.75”) at the Clemson Tiger Paw Invitational (2/9-2/10/24)
As a freshman (2022-23)
Outdoor
- Finished among the top-10 in every discus throw event during his freshman season with two podium finishes
- Opened his first outdoor campaign at the UCF Black and Gold Invite (3/17) with an eighth-place finish in the discus throw on a 48.96m toss
- Notched a fifth-place result in the discus throw at the Navy Outdoor Invitational (3/25) with a 47.01m throw
- Took sixth place in the discus throw (49.22m) at the LSU Lloyd Wills Invitational (4/8)
- Threw a 47.51m in the discus throw at the Florida Relays (3/31) to take seventh
- Finished runner-up in the discus throw at the Larry Ellis Invitational (4/14) with a throw of 49.87m
- Placed eighth in the discus throw at the Virginia Challenge (4/20), throwing a 50.14m
- Won the discus throw at the Kehoe Twilight Meet (5/5) with a personal-best 51.86m throw while taking fifth in shot put at the event (14.80m)
- Posted a 15.78m in the shot put to take fifth place at the Navy Invitational (12/3), his first collegiate meet
- Recorded a personal-best 16.31m in the shot put at the Hokie Invitational (1/20), good for third place
Before Maryland
- Records personal bests of 56.89m in the discus and 17.29 in the shot put
- Was a 3x English school champion, 2x national champion, and Manchester international champion.
