- Competed in two meets during the outdoor season.
- Broke the Maryland school record for the 10,000 meters (33:44.57) at the Raleigh Relays (3/27) to claim her fourth school record overall.
- Turned in a time of 9:35.85 in the 3,000 meters at the Kehoe Twilight meet (5/1).
- Did not compete during the indoor season.
- Ran the fastest NCAA Championship (11/22) 6K time in Maryland program history at 20:00.2 - this marked her second consecutive appearance at the NCAA Championships
- Became just the second Terp overall to qualify for back-to-back NCAA Championships joining Maryland Hall of Famer Rosalind Taylor who did so in 1987 and 1988.
- Finished in seventh place at the NCAA Mid-Atlantic Regional(11/14) running a time of 19.46.1
- Finished in 10th place at the Big Ten Championships with a time of 20:14.2 (10/31) becoming the first Terp to earn All-Big Ten First Team accolades
- Placed second in the Harry Groves Spiked Shoe Invitational (9/12) with a final time of 20:18.8
- Turned in a (16:55.7) at the Trials of Miles XC Opening Night which placed her in first place with an average (5:26.9) mile in the 5K (8/29)
AS A SOPHOMORE (2024-25):

- Did not compete during the outdoor season.
- Crushed the previous Maryland record in the 5,000 meters by over 38 seconds at the Dr. Sander Scorcher meet (15:54.62) ... Set a new Dr. Sander Scorcher meet record, which gives her the 29th fastest mark nationally.
- Participated in three competitions earning a first-place finish.
- Recorded a personal-best in the 3,000 meters (9:18.23) at the Boston University Valentine Invitational (2/14- 2/15/25)
- Turned in one of the Best NCAA Championship finishes for a Terp since 1988 (61st 20:18.5, 6k), at the Zimmer Championship Course at Wisconsin.
- Coats individual finish in the 6,000 meter race was the third best overall in program history and the best since Rosalind Taylor placed ninth in the 1988 National Championship, then a 5,000 meter race ... Jean Whitson, Maryland's first NCAA championship runner, placed 20th in the 1981 race which was the first-ever sponsored for women's cross country.
- Coats twice set the Maryland program record for a 6K race including at the NCAA Mid-Atlantic Regional where she clocked 19 minutes, 53.8 seconds - That mark shaved just over six seconds off her previous record, the first sub-20 minute 6K time in program history, which she set at the Princeton Fall Classic.
- Participated in seven competitions, earning two top-10 finishes - top Terp finisher in every meet.
- Set a personal-best and placed eighth in the 6k (19:53.8) at the NCAA Mid-Alantic Region Championships (11/15/24)
- Recorded a first place finish in the 6k (20:22.3) at the 28th Annual Salisbury University Fall Classic (8/31/24)
AS A FRESHMAN (2023-24):
Outdoor
- Participated in four competitions, earning two top-2 finishes, while winning one event
- Won the George Mason Ebanks Invitational (4/5-4/6/24) topping the podium in the 5000-meter (17:32.71)
- Posted a personal best and second place finish in the 5000-meter (17:13.48) at the Maryland Invitational (3/22-3/23/24)
- Participated in two competitions, earning one top-20 finish
- Recorded a personal best in the 3000-meter (10:24.14) at the Doc Hale VT Meet (2/2-2/23/24)
- Participated in six competitions, earning two top-3 finishes
- Set a personal best and placed third in the 5k (18:05.4) at the Baltimore Metro Meet (9/1/23)
