Aden Hill

Title:
Assistant Academic Coordinator
Email:

Aden Hill joined the Maryland staff in September 2026, where he serves as an Assistant Academic Coordinator. In his role, Hill provides individualized academic advising and coaching, monitors academic progress and NCAA eligibility, coordinates learning support and tutoring resources, and works closely with student-athletes, coaches, and academic staff. He also assists GSAC with programming, events, and special projects.

Before joining the academic support staff, Hill was a collegiate baseball player at Virginia Commonwealth University and the University of Maryland. His experience as a student-athlete gave him first hand insight into the challenges and opportunities that come with balancing academics and athletics and inspired his interest in supporting the next generation of Terps.

Maryland was always Hill’s dream school, and he developed a strong connection to College Park during his time as a student-athlete. He is excited to now give back to the University and help student-athletes make the most of their experience at Maryland. Outside of work, Hill enjoys spending time with friends and family, staying active, reading, playing chess, and enjoying everything College Park has to offer.
