Alex Baker was hired as broadcast & production's Director of Broadcast for Big Ten Plus in January 2024. He enters his second school year in that role in 2024-25.
Baker previously worked as University of Delaware's Director of Broadcast, a position he was promoted to, from March 2023 - January 2024. He also held jobs as a Technical Director (Game day Entertainment) for the Aberdeen IronBirds and Broadcast Intern and Production Assistant for the Minnesota Twins.
Baker graduated from University of Delaware with a Bachelor's degree in communication and media studies. He got his start at the university serving as an athletics communication intern.
