Ariona Johnson is currently the Associate Director of Facilities, Operations and Events, overseeing the Men's Basketball, Volleyball, and Cheer & Dance Programs.
Prior to Maryland, Johnson worked as an Athletic Operations Graduate Assistant for the Louisiana State University Athletics Department.
Prior to her time at Louisiana State University, Johnson served as a Stadium Operations intern for the Baltimore Ravens and a Robert K. Kraft Rotational Fellow with the New England Patriots.
Johnson earned her Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from the University of Maryland in 2021 and her Master of Science in Sport Management from Louisiana State University in 2025.
