Ashley Zajac joined the University of Maryland Sports Medicine department in December 2024 as an Assistant Athletic Trainer for the Women's Tennis and Men's Golf teams.
Before coming to Maryland, Zajac was Associate Head Athletic Trainer at Catholic University of America, as well as an assistant athletic trainer at Loyola University Maryland, and Our Lady of Good Counsel High School. Zajac graduated from the University of Maryland with a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology in 2015 and from Salisbury University with a Master of Science in Athletic Training in 2018.
She is a member of the National Athletic Trainers’ Association (NATA) and is CPR/AED certified and a Mental Health First Aider.
She is a native of Montgomery County, Maryland, where she currently resides.
