Connor Bell, a 2018 graduate of the University of Maryland, was promoted to Assistant Director of Development in September 2025. He enters his fourth school year with Maryland in 2026-27.
Bell's primary responsibilities include working with donors in Montgomery, Prince George’s, Anne Arundel and Howard counties, as well as Northern Virginia and Washington, D.C.
Bell served as a Donor Experience Officer with University Relations from 2023-2024 and was a ticket office rep from 2022-2023 before his current role in the Terrapin Club.
Bell comes from a family of Terps, as his father Kirk '88, his sister Megan '16 and brother Ryan '20 all received their Bachelor's Degrees in College Park, with Bell receiving his in 2018 from the Phillip Merrill College of Journalism. Bell was also a student equipment manager for the football team during his time in undergrad as the Terps made appearances in the Foster Farms Bowl and Quick Lane Bowl.
Bell is originally from Germantown, MD and enjoys golfing and attending sporting events.
