Dominick Acierno was hired in September 2022 as a Production Assistant for the broadcast and production department. He was promoted to Assistant Director of Video Production in August 2023. Overall, he enters his third school year with the department in 2024-25.
Prior to joining Maryland Athletics, Acierno served as the Director of Photography for Go To Team, an intern Video Editor for the Time4Coffee Podcast and Production intern for Renegade Communications. He also did various work as a freelancer.
Acierno is a graduate of Maryland's Philip Merrill College of Journalism, where he earned his Bachelor's degree in Broadcast Journalism. While a student, he worked with The Left Bench's student organization (now Terrapin Sports Central) and played soccer for Maryland's club team.
