Elana Renbaum was hired as the Assistant Director of Live Events and TerpVision in September 2025. She oversees video board production for Maryland women’s basketball, field hockey, and gymnastics, as well as men’s and women’s lacrosse, in addition to other in-venue videoboard operations across Maryland’s athletic facilities.
She enters her third year in this role in 2026-27 after a producer internship with TerpVision and four years committed to Big Ten Plus as a lead student producer.
Renbaum participated in the 2025 BTN Now program, held by the Big Ten Network for recent graduates. She has held positions of producer, director, replay operator and more throughout her freelancing career with the Washington Nationals, Washington Commanders and other DC teams.
Renbaum graduated with a bachelor’s degree from the Philip Merrill College of Journalism at the University of Maryland, College Park.
