Lucas Mair was hired as Assistant Director of Big Ten Plus in May 2024. He enters his first school year with the broadcast and production team in 2024-25.
Mair is a graduate of University of Wisconsin, earning his Bachelor's degree in Communication - Radio, Film and TV. After graduating, he landed an internship with the University of Iowa as a live production intern.
While still in school, Mair held positions at Wisconsin such as Livestream Production Assistant and Video Production Assistant. He also previously served as the Video Director for The Badger Herald and a Technical Assistant for New York Film Academy.
