University of Maryland Athletics

Matt Hornyak was hired as Ticketing & Fundraising Specialist in August of 2025 to enhance revenue generation across all sports.

Prior to the University of Maryland, Matt worked for two years as a graduate assistant at Eastern Michigan University in Ticket Sales, Service and Operations. 

A native of Howell, MI, Matt received his Bachelor's Degree in Kinesiology with a minor in Health Promotion from Michigan State University. He also received his Master's Degree in Sports Management from Eastern Michigan University.
