Rachel Frank

On-Campus Recruiting Assistant

Rachel Frank joined the Maryland football staff as an On-Campus Recruiting Assistant in 2025 after spending four years as a student assistant with Maryland's social media team. During her senior year, she transitioned into recruiting while continuing to balance both roles.

Frank coordinates official and unofficial visits, game-day recruiting operations, special events, travel and the overall on-campus experience for prospective student-athletes and their families. She also plays a key role in Maryland’s recruiting initiatives, including official visit weekends, transfer portal recruiting, National Signing Day and home football gamedays.

A double graduate of the University of Maryland’s Robert H. Smith School of Business, Frank earned bachelor’s degrees in marketing and management. Prior to joining the football staff, she interned with the United States Golf Association during the U.S. Open and with the New York Mets in ticket sales.

Frank is part of a Maryland football family legacy. Her father, Danny, is a Maryland alumnus who served as a student football manager from 1983-87 under head coach Bobby Ross.
