Taylor Moore joined the Gossett Student-Athlete Center (GSAC) in 2025 as a Learning Specialist.
In her role, Moore provides holistic academic support to student-athletes through individualized learning strategies, guidance in time management, academic skill development, and overall academic success. She assists in overseeing the uTERP program, guiding student-athletes as they transition to and navigate the academic demands of college. Moore is also a graduate of the Steve McDonnell Professional Development Institute (Class of 2026).
Prior to joining Maryland, Moore earned her Master's of Science in Sport Studies from Tulane University in 2025. During her time at Tulane, Moore served as a Graduate Assistant Learning Specialist, where she supported a diverse caseload of student-athletes providing guidance in study strategies and daily academic responsibilities. She also contributed to the coordination of the Educational Assistant program.
Originally from Birmingham, Alabama, Moore is a former Division I student-athlete, having played volleyball at Radford University from 2018-2022. She graduated from Radford in May 2022 with a Bachelor's of Science, and minors in Forensic Studies Interdisciplinary and Criminal Justice.
