Zach Wagner serves as General Manager of Maryland Sports Properties, the official multimedia rights partner of Maryland Athletics. In his role, he oversees corporate partnerships, sponsorship strategy, and revenue generation initiatives that support Maryland's athletic programs.

Wagner brings more than 25 years of experience in collegiate athletics, professional sports, motorsports, and entertainment. Prior to joining Maryland, he co-founded Rouge Partnership Strategies, a consulting firm specializing in sponsorship revenue, event strategy, and operational efficiencies. His previous leadership experience includes serving as Chief Operating Officer of M1 Concourse, Vice President of National Sales for Learfield, and General Manager of Badger Sports Properties at the University of Wisconsin, where he led Learfield's largest property and helped secure a landmark $40 million campus-wide partnership. He also held senior corporate partnership roles with the Detroit Tigers, Detroit Lions, and the PGA TOUR.

A graduate of Northern Michigan University, Wagner has built a career focused on creating innovative partnerships, driving revenue growth, and enhancing the fan experience across sports and entertainment properties.
