COLLEGE PARK, Md. -- The University of Maryland men?s soccer team, the defending Atlantic Coast Conference champions, is ranked No. 13 by the National Soccer Coaches Association of America.
The Terps finished the 1996 campaign with a 14-6-3 record, and advanced to the second round of the NCAA Tournament. The Terps brought home their first-ever ACC Championship after they defeated Virginia, 2-0, in Charlottesville.
