WINSTON-SALEM, N.C. - Branka Bogunovic and Tiffany Brown each sunk a free throw in the final 14 seconds of the game to lift Maryland to a 68-66 win over host Wake Forest in an ACC women's basketball contest at Reynolds Gymnasium on Saturday afternoon. The win was the Terrapins' first road victory of the season and improved their record to 5-16 overall and 2-9 in the ACC. Wake Forest dropped its eighth straight contest to fall to 6-16 overall and 2-10 in the ACC.
Maryland led 32-27 at halftime, but the Demon Deacons hit 10 of their first 14 shots from the floor in the second period to take the lead.
