College Park, Md.- - Postgame Notes:
* Maryland's Quinn Carney tied her career-high five assists, previously set against Virginia in the 1999 NCAA championship game.
* Meg McNamara set a career-high for goals and assists, scoring three times and tallying four assists for the Terps against Syracuse. Her previous career highs had been two goals and one assist.
* Maryland's 24 goals is the most goals by a Terrapin women's lacrosse team since the Terps' 24-3 win against Richmond on April 2, 1987.
* Maryland's 24-11 win over No. 16 Syracuse was the Terps' first 20-goal game this season. Last season, Maryland had four 20+ goal games in its 21-0 championship run.
* Sunday's game against Syracuse marked the third-straight game that junior Jen Adams scored four or more goals. She rounded out three games this week with 15 goals and three assists for an average of six points per game.
* Adams has scored three or more goals in every game this season.
* The Terps' averaged 20 goals per game this week, scoring 17 against Towson, 19 against No. 10 Penn State, and 24 against No. 16 Syracuse.
* Maryland is undefeated in 2000 when Jen Adams and either Quinn Carney or Allison Comito score three or more goals each.
