College Park, Md.-- - Both the Maryland men's lacrosse and women's lacrosse games scheduled for Tuesday, March 21, have been moved to the artificial turf facility. The teams will play a doubleheader starting at 3:00 p.m. with the No. 1 Terp women's team (5-1) taking on the No. 9 Dartmouth Big Green in a Top 10 showdown. The Terrapin women are led by the nation's top scorer Jen Adams, who has 25 goals and 11 assists six games into the 2000 campaign.
The men's lacrosse game against Vermont will take place 45 minutes after the conclusion of the women's game, starting at approximately 5 p.m. The No. 7 Terrapin men are 5-1, coming off two wins over ranked teams last week. Andrew "Buggs" Combs was named the ACC Player of the Week last week after scoring three goals in each of the Terps' games.
