Former Terp Feugill Inks Free Agent Deal With Denver

ENGLEWOOD, Colo. - The Denver Broncos announced on Tuesday that the team has signed offensive tackle John Feugill, guard Steve Herdon, cornerback DeAuntae Brown and fullback Marvin Powell to future contracts. All except for Powell ended the 2000 season on the Broncos' practice squad.

Feugill (6-7, 309 lbs.) was a rookie free agent with Jacksonville this year after starting three years at the University of Maryland. He started the last 33 games of his career. He played his high school ball at Methuen (Mass.) HS and is originally from Lawrence, Mass. He was born on Dec. 20, 1975.
