HOW WILL I KNOW MY ORDER HAS BEEN FILLED?
We encourage customers to contact their credit card company to confirm that
the order was charged to their credit card. After fans have confirmed the
charge with their credit card company, they can confirm their order by
calling 301.314.7070.
HOW AND WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY TICKETS?

all Terrapin Club member ticket orders were filled.
Additional ticket orders were encouraged, and were filled after all of the priority orders were filled.

WHY DIDN'T I GET BETTER SEATS?
The Orange Bowl, like all major bowls, keeps the "best" tickets for its
corporate sponsors, committee members, and annual customers. These are
customers that will attend the game every year, irrespective of the
participating schools. This is standard practice for major bowls.
The Orange Bowl gave Maryland and Florida seats in opposite corners of the stadium. The large majority of Maryland's tickets are located in the corner, extending around the end zone and into the upper level. Maryland received very few tickets between the 40-yard lines.
The Terp's actual ticket allotment was as follows:
$100 = 12%
$ 90 = 23%
$ 80 = 53%
$ 60 = 3%
$ 40 = 9%
I PAID $100 PER TICKET, WHY DO I HAVE TICKETS THAT ARE LESS EXPENSIVE?
Maryland's tickets were allocated in Terpoint priority order, as publicized
through the ticket application, umterps.com, and Terrapin Ticket Office. As
tickets were assigned, customer refunds were issued if the tickets were less
than $100.
WHAT IF I DECIDE TO ORDER TICKETS THEN DECIDE NOT TO GO?
Because of the ticket requirements associated with bowl games, we are not in
a position to offer refunds or cancellations.
WHY AREN'T MY SEATS TOGETHER?
There were no limits to the number of tickets that Terrapin Fans could
order. HOWEVER, priority orders were filled using the following guidelines.
Persons ordering more than their priority limit had their orders split,
unless they specified for all seats to be assigned in non-priority order.
