Terp Gridders on Comcast SportsNet's 'Spotlight' Show Tonight

COLLEGE PARK, Md. - University of Maryland football standouts Melvin Fowler and Brooks Barnard can be seen this evening on Comcast SportsNet between 6:00 and 7:00 p.m. The two players will appear on the show which will be hosted by George Johnson.
Fowler, who anchors the offensive line at center, and Barnard, a standout punter who ranked fourth nationally in 2000, are both post season honors candidates for 2001. The two players begin fall practice with their teammates on August 11th after newcomers report to College Park next Monday, August 6th.
