COLLEGE PARK, Md. -
Another big test awaits the University of Maryland football team this week when it plays host to Georgia Tech in an ACC matchup Thursday night in Byrd Stadium.
The game, Maryland's first since defeating West Virginia 48-17 Oct. 5, will be played in front of a national television audience on ESPN. Kickoff is set for 7:45 p.m. ET.
The Terps hope to pick up where they left off in Morgantown a week ago, when they raced out to a 35-0 lead behind the play of junior quarterback Scott McBrien, who continues to make progress as the leader of the Terps' offensive unit.
