COLLEGE PARK, Md. -
The Terrapin football team is ranked No. 19 in both major Top 25 polls. The Terps jumped six spots in the ESPN/USA Today Top 25 and moved into the AP listing for the first time since the start of the season.
Maryland posted its seventh consecutive victory and improved to 8-2 overall (4-1 in the ACC) with a 24-21, come-from-behind win over NC State before a sellout crowd at Byrd Stadium on Saturday. This week, the Terps will be looking for their first victory at Clemson since the 1985 season.
