Terps Meet American In NCAA Second Round On Wednesday

COLLEGE PARK, Md. - The Maryland men's soccer team, 2002 ACC champions and Soccer America's current No. 1 team, hosts American in the second round of the NCAA tournament this Wednesday, Nov. 27, at 5 p.m. As the No. 2 seed in the tournament, Maryland received a first-round bye. American met George Washington in the first round of the tournament and advanced to meet Maryland with a penalty kick that left the score 1-0.
Wednesday's game will be broadcast on the University of Maryland student station, WMUC, at 88.1 FM in College Park, as well as over the Internet at www.wmucsports.com and www.wmucradio.com beginning with the pregame show at 4:30 p.m. Livestats will also be available for the game at www.umterps.com .
