ATLANTA, Ga. -
Chick-fil-A Peach Bowl President Gary Stokan and representative Bruce Olecki will scout Saturday's Wake Forest-Maryland game in College Park, Md.
The Terrapins will be scouted as potential representatives in the 2002 Chick-fil-A Peach Bowl. The Atlantic Coast Conference team selection for the 35th edition of the Bowl is scheduled to be announced next week and the Southeastern Conference selection on Dec. 8.
A victory for Maryland (9-3) will clinch back-to-back 10-win seasons for the first time in school history. If invited to the Chick-fil-A Peach Bowl, it will be their first appearance in Atlanta's bowl game since 1973.
