In the latest USILA Coaches Poll, the Maryland men's lacrosse team remains at No. 5, but is now tied with Duke with 153 points. The Terps are also No. 5 in the Inside Lacrosse.com media poll. Johns Hopkins has jumped to No. 1 after a 9-8 come-from-behind win over Syracuse last Saturday.
Maryland takes on No. 9 North Carolina this Saturday Fetzer Field in Chapel Hill, N.C.

Also, in the latest season statistics released by lax.com, the Terps rank No. 1 in the nation in goals scored with 86, third in goals per game average (14.33) and second in team defense allowing just 6.00 goals per game.
