Men's Cross Country Runners Show Great Improvement In Off-Season

The Maryland men's cross country team has numerous runners who posted faster times while running during the outdoor track season. The following are those who have shown the most improvement:

Michael Fleg went from running a 10:08 3,200 meter in high school to a 8:34.34 and brought his mile down from 4:26 to 4:00.

Mike Prada brought his indoor 5K down to 15:25 and his outdoor 10K down to 31:28.

Adam Ambrus ran a 3K in 8:38.56 at George Mason on May 4, 2002.

Matt Adami posted a 31:46 in the 10K on March 21 at the Alabama Relays.
