Terps Announce Fourth Football Sellout

COLLEGE PARK, Md. - Saturday's football game with Maryland hosting North Carolina has been announced as a sellout, athletics department officials said late Friday afternoon. Kickoff against the Tar Heels is set for noon.
The sellout marks the fourth in five games this year at Byrd Stadium. Department officials expect a fifth consecutive crowd of more than 50,000, the first time in school history the Terrapins have drawn that many crowds of 50,000 or more in a single season.
Tickets still remain for Maryland's final home game of the year on Thursday, Nov. 13 against the University of Virginia. Fans are reminded to stay in touch with umterps.com for information regarding special parking rules in place for that game.
