COLLEGE PARK, Md. -
Don't know what to do with those extra coats in your closet that you no longer wear? Bring them to the University of Maryland men's basketball game against Wisconsin on Dec. 2 and you will be helping someone in need.
Sophomore linebacker Shawne Merriman and the Terrapin Football Team are sponsoring a coat drive on Tuesday, December 2nd at the Maryland/Wisconsin basketball game with Maryland Football Players will be collecting the coats at both main entrances and the student entrance. Collection will begin at 8:00 p.m. when the main entrances open.
Bring as many coats as you can for this great cause as all coats will be donated to the Prince George's County Family Shelter Program.
