Wake Forest coach Charlene Curtis
On Renneika Razor:
"She's a gamer...Renneika is that leader for them that they can turn to. I was hoping we'd do a better job of defending her but she just stepped it up."
Maryland coach Brenda Frese
On the game:
"I thought the more inspired team won tonight...It's a 40 minute game and you can't play the last seven minutes of a ball game and pull it away. I thought Wake Forest came in here and outworked us and outplayed us from the tip."
On free throw percentage:
"We've had a hard time stepping up and making free throws all season long. I really believe that free throws come down to confidence; it comes down to if you're mentally strong and this team has gotten away from playing with confidence and being tougher."
On Renneika Razor:
"Renneika carried this team for the last seven minutes and that was the reason why we were in the ball game. She's the most talented player and most gifted player I've ever seen. It's unfortunate that she's a senior because I'd love to have more time with her."
