COLLEGE PARK, Md. - This weekend's University of Maryland football game at Florida State will not be broadcast on WBAL in Baltimore as there are conflicts with the Baltimore Orioles game against Seattle. The game can instead be heard in the Baltimore area on 98 Rock (WIYY 97.9 FM). The Washington, D.C. flagship, WMAL (630 AM) will carry the game as originally scheduled.
Saturday's game from Tallahassee will be televised by ESPN2 with the telecast scheduled to start at 7:15 p.m. EDT. Kickoff for the game, which will feature Dave Barnett (play-by-play), Bill Curry (analyst), Craig James (analyst) and Rob Stone (sidelines), is slated for 7:20 p.m.
Radio pregame with "Voice of the Terps" Johnny Holliday, analyst Jonathan Claiborne and sideline reporter Tim Strachan will begin at 6:45 p.m.
