Maryland head football coach Ralph Friedgen will be featured on tomorrow morning's edition of Cold Pizza on ESPN2. The piece will air live at approximately 7:15 a.m. EDT and will run again on the program's encore at approximately 9:15 a.m EDT.
Friedgen, now in his fourth year at Maryland, has posted a 33-8 overall record in that time. He will lead the No. 19/21Terps into Morgantown, WV. this weekend for a match-up against No.7/8 West Virginia (12:02 p.m. EDT kick, airing on ESPN2). Friedgen and the Terps own a 21-19-2 advantage in the schools' all-time series and have defeated the Mountaineers four straight times. Last season, Maryland defeated West Virginia twice, including a 41-7 victory in the Toyota Gator Bowl.
Cold Pizza, ESPN's morning show, airs daily from 7:00-9:00 a.m. and again from 9:00-11:00 a.m. and is hosted by Thea Andrews, Kit Hoover, Jay Crawford and Leslie Maxie. The program was launched in October of last year, as part of ESPN2's 10th anniversary celebration.
