Start Me Up
The Terps are 8-0-0 this season when scoring the game's first goal.
In all three of Maryland's losses, not only have the Terps not gotten a lead, they have given up a goal in the game's first 10 minutes. Maryland has only given up three second half goals this year.
Fantastic Four Years
Maryland's 65 victories since 2002 are second most in a four-year span at Maryland. In fact, with a minimum of eight games left (seven regular season, at least one ACC Tournament game), the Terps are four wins shy of setting the record.
The success extends beyond victories as the Terrapins have advanced to the national semifinals and have played in the ACC Tournament finals in each of the past three seasons.
For Starters...
Through 11 games, head coach Sasho Cirovski has utilized nine different starting lineups. Seventeen different players have cracked the starting lineup this season.
Of the five players that have started every game, four of those are seniors (Kenney Bertz, Michael Dello-Russo, Jason Garey and Chris Lancos.) The fifth is Stephen King, who has started every game Maryland has played in the last two seasons.
