COLLEGE PARK, Md. - Maryland Terrapin junior Charlie Pinto is ranked 19th in the nation at the 141-pound weight class, according to the preseason rankings by Intermatwrestle.com.
Last season Pinto won the ACC title and advanced to the NCAA Tournament. He went 26-11 and was awarded the John McHugh Most Outstanding Wrestler Award, named after the legendary Terrapin coach.
Pinto and the Terrapins will conduct their wrestle-offs on Nov. 3 at Comcast Pavilion at 7 p.m.
