#6/6 Terps Look to Continue Road Winning Streak at Wake Forest

COLLEGE PARK, Md. - The sixth-ranked Terrapin women's basketball team travels to Wake Forest on Sunday, Jan. 29 at 3 p.m. Maryland has yet to lose on the road this season and the team is looking to maintain its perfect record. The game will be broadcast on the Terrapin Radio Sports Network.

Maryland is 18-2 on the season for the sixth time in school history and 5-1 in ACC play for the first time since 1991-92. The Terps have won their last four conference games, matching the longest win streak in conference play since 2000-01.

Sophomore Crystal Langhorne (Willingboro, N.J./Williboro) continues to pace the Terps, averaging 116.0 points per game after a 23-point outing vs. Georgia Tech on Thursday. Langhorne is also the team's rebounding leader with 8.8 rpg.

Freshman Marissa Coleman (Cheltenham, Md./St. John's College [D.C.]) is making a case for the ACC Rookie of the Year. She posted her fourth double-double of the season against the Yellow Jackets, netting 18 points and grabbing 10 boards. She is the highest scoring freshman in the ACC with 15.3 ppg. She is second among freshman in rebounding with 6.9 rpg.

Maryland has won the last three meetings against Wake Forest and leads the all-time series, 44-12. The Demon Deacons are coming off a 91-57 loss to North Carolina.
