COLLEGE PARK, Md. - Sophomore forward Graham Zusi and junior midfielder Maurice Edu have both been placed on national teams of the week for their performances in wins against Hartwick and Albany last week. Zusi was placed on the College Soccer News National Team of the Week and Edu was put on the Top Drawer Soccer Team of the Week.

Zusi recorded a career-high five points in Maryland's 4-0 win against Albany on Sunday afternoon. His first goal of the day came on a direct kick and then he notched his second on a penalty kick late in the match. He also notched his second assist of the week when he hooked up with Edu for a header in the 49th minute.

In the 1-0 shutout of Hartwick on October 19, Zusi and Edu connected again for Edu's third game-winning header this season. The goal came in the 60th minute off of a corner delivered by Zusi. All four of Edu's goals have begun with Zusi crosses.

The Terps, who are 12-3-1 this season, host Bucknell and Virginia Tech to end their 2006 regular season. Maryland and the Bison meet on Tuesday night and the Terps and Hokies battle on Friday night. Both matches will be at Ludwig Field and begin at 7:30 p.m.
