Maryland Water Polo Falls to Bucknell, Princeton in Final Home Games

COLLEGE PARK, Md.- The University of Maryland women's water polo team fell to CWPA Southern Division rivals Bucknell (7-1) and No. 19 Princeton (10-3). Princeton avenged a 5-1 loss to the Terps on March 11, while Bucknell came out on top of its four match-ups against Maryland this year.
Freshman Christen Vagts scored the Terps' lone goal against Bucknell at the first-quarter buzzer to make the score 2-1 going into the second quarter.
Against Princeton, freshman Rachel Jordan netted the first goal of the game and another in the third quarter. Senior Allison Kuzniar scored the final goal for Maryland in the fourth quarter.
Kuzniar and fellow seniors celebrated Senior Night after the game.
The Terps will participate in the CWPA Southern Division Championships on Saturday, April 22.
