GREENSBORO, N.C. - The University of Maryland's football game against Clemson University will kick off at 3:30 p.m. ET on Saturday, Oct. 27 from Chevy Chase Bank Field at Byrd Stadium, and be broadcast on ABC, the Atlantic Coast Conference Office announced Monday.
The Clemson contest will mark the third straight ACC home game for the Terps (4-2, 1-1 ACC) who face Virginia (6-1, 3-0) Saturday in the annual Homecoming game.
Maryland went on the road last season to defeat then No. 19 Clemson, 13-12, in thrilling fashion. Dan Ennis kicked a 31-yard field goal as time expired.
The last three meetings between Maryland and Clemson (4-2, 2-2) have been decided by four points or less.
Seven of Maryland's first eight games this season will be shown on the ESPN/ABC family of outlets.
Other Maryland game times will be announced at a later date. After the first three weeks of the season, ACC home games are selected on a 12-day option by ESPN/ABC or Lincoln Financial Sports/Raycom.
