COLLEGE PARK, Md. - On Saturday, June 9, the Maryland men's soccer team held a clinic at Most Valuable Kids (MVK) All Star Day 2007 in Potomac. Members of the Terrapins put on the clinic for MVK from 2:30 to 4:00 p.m.
All Star Day, held at the home of Eunice and Sargent Shriver in Potomac, Maryland is a fun-filled family day benefiting Most Valuable Kids. The event features one of a kind activities such as sports clinics with college athletes and workshops with the Washington Redskins cheerleaders.
Children of all ages were also able to enjoy live music, great food, rides, and inflatable activities.
Among the Terps that took part in the clinic were Spencer Allen, Rich Costanzo, Omar Gonzalez, Jeremy Hall, Michael Marchiano, Kevin Tangney, and Drew Yates.
Other celebrities such as Fox 5's Dave Feldman and legendary sportscaster James Brown participated in the event.
