Opening Statement: "I'm really proud of my team, they know what it means to compete, and they know what it means to compete against a good program like Old Dominion. I'm very happy with the way we played in the second half. We talked about some key things that we were going to have to do in the second half and they really responded. Our team is very mature and I am just very pleased with the whole game."

On the shutout: "I am not surprised with the shutout because our deep defense is very strong and has been all year, we have a couple of different formations back there right now. Kat Masson is really on her game and I am very pleased with her performance."

On the second half performance: "I was very pleased with our performance in the second half because obviously we were in the same position [trailing 1-0] last week and we all know what happened then [3-2 loss to Wake Forest]. I was so proud of everyone because we knew what we had to do to play the way we did in the second half. Things fell into place and everyone was working really hard. We knew we couldn't have a let down and we had a lot of important substitutions that came in and kept the momentum going and we finished the game like we wanted to."
